Job Description
Overseeing the entire operations of the factory including production and maintenance
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
Ensuring worker safety and the adherence to safety protocols
Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance and repairs
Qualifications
Technical qualification
Skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems will be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production
Drafting experience will be advantageous
