Manage a high volume of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Plan, schedule, and manage technical service teams
Maintain and grow strong client relationships
Ensure all client communication, service feedback, and reporting is done timeously
Conduct regular customer site visits
Drive and achieve sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to increase service and maintenance sales
Handle customer invoicing and follow-ups
Proactively resolve client issues and ensure service excellence
Qualifications
Grade 12 qualification
Degree in Sales or related qualification
Skills
Proven HVAC or related technical knowledge.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts Management and sales.
Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven, proactive, and energetic approach.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
