Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • On the CRM (Bluwave), update all sales activities daily from the previous day, on arrival at work and prior to leaving the office.
  • On the CRM (Bluwave), update all planned sales activities one week in advance, with such plans completed by the Friday prior to such.
  • To promote, sell and support the full range of products and services
  • Build customer relationships and to retain customers.
  • Appointment calls and cold calls to increase customer base (at least 8 calls per day).
  • Submitting timeously proposed CRM plans & updates (CRM).
  • Provide training at customers request to improve their knowledge on selecting brake sizes.
  • Technical support & specifying to customers on all company products & services.
  • Fault finding on applications on all products.
  • Assisting Internal Sales whenever necessary.
  • Negotiating prices and discounts with the assistance of Head Office to ensure the company does not lose business to Competitors.
Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Any Technical Qualification (Advantageous)
Skills
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience exposure in related products /Technical product/ Engineering/ Mining.
  • Knowledge of BlueWave CRM (Advantageous)
  • MS Office Proficient
  • Technical/ sales background with proven customer relationship skills critical must have
  • Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
Salary/Package
R15,000 – R35,000 CTC PM
