Our client is seeking a Junior Conveyancer to join its Bonds Department in Johannesburg. This is a relatively urgent replacement appointment and an excellent opportunity for an admitted Conveyancer with solid bond registration experience and proven Standard Bank panel exposure to join an established team and take ownership of matters from instruction through to registration.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing bond registration matters independently from receipt of instruction through to registration.
• Attending to the full bond registration process, ensuring all matters are handled accurately and within required deadlines.
• Managing matters in accordance with Standard Bank panel requirements, processes and bulletins.
• Liaising effectively with clients, banks, attorneys and other relevant stakeholders.
• Managing an allocated file load while maintaining strong attention to detail and turnaround times.
• Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with the relevant bank and conveyancing requirements.
• Working collaboratively within an established Bonds Department.
