Your duties will encompass:

• Manage end-to-end import and procurement activities for assigned portfolios
• Create and process purchase orders and monitor supplier readiness
• Obtain and compare freight quotations and coordinate shipments
• Review shipping documents and prepare clearing instructions
• Coordinate warehouse deliveries and stock receipts
• Process supplier payments and landed cost calculations
• Capture and maintain stock transactions in SAP
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate delays or risks
• Maintain accurate import, procurement, and shipment records
• Provide support and cover for other import portfolios when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and import regulations
• Generate and distribute shipment and procurement reports as required.
