Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company’s objectives.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales incentives.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget, implement cost saving strategies.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report of effectiveness of marketing communications.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or related field.
Skills
Minimum 5 years in a Marketing management role in the agricultural industry.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality, self motivated.
Strong creative outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to engage at multiple levels within the organisation.
Driver’s licence and transport.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English – verbal and written communication.
Salary/Package
R60 000ctc per month
