The purpose of this position is to ensure the seamless reservations for high end travellers through handling Tour Operator requests.

• Develop and manage agent and guest relationships by providing excellent customer service to our  agents  by highly responsive  and  supplying  detailed,  high  quality  itineraries  including company’s properties as well as preferred partner inclusions where appropriate.
• Generate sales with zero errors and follow up on debtors due.
• Create and manage the booking process in all systems including Tourplan.
• Follow up on quotes and maintain regular communication with agents
• Work hand in hand with the sales representative, Product, Reservations and Head of Reservations.
• Manage provisional bookings ensuring yield management objectives are met. Make sure that no duplicate bookings are to be held blocking inventory for other possible sales.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and expediently
