Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and prepare detailed technical drawings.
Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visual presentations.
Attend client meetings and assist with presenting design concepts.
Manage projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinate design development and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct occasional site visits across the Western Cape.
Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology
Skills
Revit (Must be proficient).
5 years industry experience. (Hospital mainly, some retail, residential and industrial).
Salary/Package
R 420 000 to R480 000 cost to company per annum
