A graduate in Civil Engineering from Wits University, Philip practised for 4 years in his field of study and then did some benevolent work for some 8 years around the world where he gained excellent experience in dealing with diverse people across a wide range of sectors to include Governments, NGO’s, Private Companies. Shortly after he returned to South Africa in 1982, he founded PCS in 1983 and the company has for the last 40 years grown from strength to strength in providing superlative service to their Clients & Candidates covering various sectors of the industry.
