Our client who is based in Gauteng has an opportunity for a qualified individual to join their team in the capacity of a Responsible Pharmacist. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring regulatory compliance for all products
• Drafting and continuous updating of SOPs in line with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance as well as staff training
• Responsible for all regulatory requirements as set out in the Pharmacy Act 1974 and Medicine Control Act including Act 101 Section 22C (1) to act as a Wholesaler and Importer
• Upkeep of all SAHPRA and Department of Health and SAPC requirements
• Physical warehouse inspections to ensure compliance
• Assisting in qualifying new materials and suppliers and ensuring material complies with required specifications
• Wholesale Pharmacy License Application and retention
• Conforming to the companies QA, ISO systems.
