Employer Description

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Technical Lead to oversee technical delivery and BIM implementation across high-end residential and luxury hospitality projects. The successful candidate will provide leadership, technical direction, and workflow management to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM execution planning (BEP) across projects
Ensure compliance with BIM workflows, standards, and project protocols
Provide technical leadership and supervision to project teams
Oversee project delivery, coordination, and quality assurance processes
Manage multidisciplinary collaboration and workflow integration
Guide teams in resolving technical and coordination challenges
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and technical performance
Mentor and support junior and intermediate team members

Qualifications

National Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology

Skills

8–10+ years’ experience leading technical delivery.
Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project coordination processes
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project delivery
Strong technical and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project streams

Project Exposure

High-end residential developments
Luxury hospitality projects
International and large-scale developments

Salary/Package

R 55 000 cost to company per moth
