Our client who is based in Cape Town has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their club in the capacity of a QA Technologist. The successful incumbant will be responsible for the following:

• Implement and verify best practices continuously in line with the company Food Service Management System
• Implement, review, and maintain quality control checks, sampling, and interpretation/trending to routinely evaluate the performance
• Conduct/oversee internal training sessions with the staff ensuring compliance with related quality principles.
• Develop schedule and perform internal audits
• Maintain all documents and records according to the company Document Management System (DMS)
• Stock control of PPE and Consumables to always ensure sufficient stock
• Ensuring compliance with external auditing requirements and assisting with gathering required records during audits
• Conduct, interpret and trend routine micro swabbing to verify cleaning efficacy (allergens, micro and pathogens).
