Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain document registers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage document numbering systems in accordance with company and project standards.
Issue project correspondence, drawings, and technical documentation to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Upload, distribute, and manage documentation through SharePoint and project management platforms.
Control document revisions and ensure superseded documents are correctly archived and replaced.
Conduct regular document audits internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholders are working from the latest approved revisions.
Coordinate the distribution of drawings and technical information across project teams.
Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Prepare and print large-format drawings (A1 and A0) as required.
Support project teams in maintaining compliance with document control procedures and quality standards.
Assist with project close-out documentation and record management.
Experience
Proven experience managing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation on large-scale projects.
Experience within architectural, engineering, or design consultancies is essential.
Hospitality project experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Qualifications
National Diploma in Project Administration or higher
