Qualifications
Tertiary Accounting Degree/Diploma
MB 800 Certification
Skills
5+ years experience working with ERP or enterprise financial systems
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NAV, or similar ERP platforms
Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software implementations
Experience translating business processes into structured system requirements
A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and structured modelling
Experience in AI-assisted development or analysis tools
Some hands-on development or scripting experience (for example Python or similar lightweight languages)
Experience designing workflows or solution concepts using tools such as Figma or similar visual design environments
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations
Exposure to SQL, APIs, or system integrations
Experience working closely with software development teams
Familiarity with Agile development environments
Experience with AI tools and knowledge systems used to support technical analysis
