My client is seeking an experienced buyer who has experience in CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING to join their Procurement Team. The role includes:

• Focusing on expediting local and international shipments
• Identifying purchasing needs
• Building relationship with suppliers and negotiating for the best pricing
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including production and QA to design packaging solutions to enhance product visibility
• Updating inventory and managing stock levels
• Arranging transport of goods and tracking order to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinating with production, logistics and warehouse
• Generating and processing of branch orders
• Loading of relevant price lists and supplier documentations on agreed platforms
• Resolve any invoicing or price variances
