Job Description
Reporting to the Director, the PrQS/ Candidate QS will:
Prepare Capex Viability studies
Project Cost Estimates
Project Cash-flow Forecasts and update
Prepare Contract Tenders
Monthly payment certificates
Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders
Final Accounts with Sub-contractors
Final Accounts with clients
Monthly cost reports
Will work with JBCC, NEC and all contractual details
Will work with upmarket, prestigious projects
Qualifications
BSc / BTech Quantity Surveying
Skills
QS Plus
Dim X
Driver’s license and own vehicle
Salary/Package
R600 000 – R720 000 CTC
