Key Responsibilities

• Finance & administration: Effectively manage budgets, financial analysis, reporting, and maintenance management systems.
• Human resources compliance: Access and interpret HR policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation.
• Technology & procurement: Apply the latest technology and regulations to streamline sourcing and purchasing of stock.
• Hands-on leadership: Provide direct oversight of the maintenance department and all service areas within the hotel.
