Our client is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the effective planning, execution, and oversight of maintenance operations within a large hospitality property. This role requires a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual planning: Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing annual maintenance plans.
• Scheduled maintenance: Manage all scheduled maintenance in line with regulations, ensuring prompt and courteous service to internal and external clients.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
• Stock control: Ensure stock levels are maintained and controlled effectively.
• Sustainable energy: Stay updated on new technologies and advise the Maintenance Manager on sustainable energy solutions.
• Health & safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and standards.
• Team leadership: Build a competent and motivated team through confident and supportive leadership.
• Teamwork: Work independently or collaboratively to deliver consistently high‑quality standards.
