Company is seeking a strong candidate that is bilingual in both English and Afrikaans. You must have exposure working with a workforce of +- 60 staff and come from Construction sector. You must have extensive exposure with the ECA and DOEL and must be able to write policies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Skills
5-10 years in a Construction or Project Based Company
Sage Payroll
Strong knowledge of South African Labour laws (e.g. BCEA, LRA, EE ACT, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT).
Willing to travel, (Driver’s license required for field–based or multi-site roles).
Employee Relations Skills.
Leadership and Conflict Resolution Skills.
Sound problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of local culture and diversity.
Ability to streamline HR operations for enhanced efficiency.
