Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for a Qualified Millwright to join their company in the capacity of a Maintenance Technician. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following

  • Preventative Maintenance Execution
  • Utilities and Infrastructure Support
  • Attend to all breakdowns as well as minor maintenance in the targeted turnaround period
  • Continuous improvement and reliability of the company equipment
  • Maintenance Systems and Stores Control
  • Maintenance schedule attainment
  • Any other related duties
Qualifications
  • Matriculation
  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Millwright Trade Test (strictly)
Skills
  • 3-5 Years maintenance experience, preferrable in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing Environment
  • Experience working with automated production equipment
  • Strong fault-finding ability across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience working with 3 phase motors, pneumatic systems, industrial sensors and variable speed drives
  • Must be willing to work rotational shifts
Salary/Package
R400k – R500k
