Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical development of commercial hospitality interior projects.
• Prepare concept designs, space planning layouts, and presentation documentation.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate projects from concept through construction and final handover.
• Manage project programmes, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend design coordination meetings and site inspections where required.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
• Resolve technical design issues and provide practical design solutions.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and project records.
