In this role reporting to the General Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will handle the following:
* Costing and preparation of quotations for mid to high-end residential and commercial projects
* Processing and placing orders
* Managing variation orders and associated costs
* Cost control and project pricing
* Own vehicle and Driver’s license required
* Quantity Surveying qualification
* 2 year’s residential / commercial QS experience within a contractor / developer
* Proficient in Excel
