In this Senior Quantity Surveying role, reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will handle the following:

• Reading construction drawings and compiling quotes and budget estimates from those drawings
• Compiling and maintaining rate sheets
• Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Procurement, including placing purchase orders and managing supplier orders.
