Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
  • Use of measuring equipment
  • Machining of castings- especially split casings
  • Machining fabricated frames/columns/motor stools
  • Milling and line bore
  • Machining to tight tolerances
Qualifications
  • Trade Tested Machinist
Skills
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a machine shop environment
  • Proficient in use of measuring equipment
  • Proficient in milling and line bore
  • Proficient in machining to tight tolerances
Salary/Package
R135/hr – R175/hr
