Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, grounds, stores and compliance functions across multiple lodge operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, proven people management skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote bush environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and grounds including electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, generators, boreholes, solar installations and pool plant.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance, asset registers, service schedules and contractor relationships.
• Control stores, stock, and procurement with tight accuracy, supplier negotiations, and budget management.
• Lead and mentor technical and maintenance teams, ensuring discipline, attendance and performance standards.
• Drive health, safety, and compliance including PPE use, hazard reporting, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
