Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
Plan material requirements to support production demand.
Monitor raw material availability and inventory levels.
Coordinate production activities to meet customer delivery dates.
Manage and update work-in-progress (WIP) records.
Optimise job sequencing based on machine and mould capacity.
Identify and escalate production risks and delays.
Monitor production performance against targets and budgets.
Liaise with Sales, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams.
Prepare and distribute planning and performance reports.
Participate in stock counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency and operational performance.
Qualifications
Matric with Mathematics (Diploma pass or higher).
Skills
Production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
Material Resource Planning (MRP) experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
ERP system experience essential; Syspro.
Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Own reliable transport.
