Our client is seeking a Front of House / Reservations Manageress to oversee reservations, guest services, and lodge operations. This live‑in role requires a highly organized, professional young lady with strong communication skills, hospitality experience and a passion for guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and front office operations
• Operate the NightsBridge booking system
• Handle guest and agency correspondence professionally
• Perform office administration and invoicing
• Conduct guest check‑in and check‑out
• Coordinate guest activities, excursions and special requests
• Host dinners with guests and engage socially to enhance guest experience
• Entertain guests in the bar when required
• Assist with stock control and stock takes
• Supervise staff schedules and duty rosters
• Oversee housekeeping and restaurant coordination when required
• Maintain accurate accounts and financial records
