Job Description
In this role, reporting into a Partner, the 3D Visualizer will handle:
Creating high-quality 3D visualisations for commercial and retail developments
Preparing and delivering visual presentations for clients and stakeholders
Developing detailed 3D models from architectural drawings and concepts
Producing realistic 3D renders and presentation images
Assisting with design concepts and visual development throughout projects
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Skills
Min. 10 years’ experience in commercial/retail settings
Proficient in Lumion – essential requirement
Strong working knowledge of 3D Max and SketchUp
Experience using V-Ray for high-quality 3D rendering
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for visual presentation and editing
Experience with Twin motion and Photoshop After Effects for enhanced visual content
