In this role, reporting into the Director, the successful Interior Designer will handle:

• Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements and understand project requirements.
• Develop creative and practical interior design concepts for upmarket residential properties, hotels and small casinos.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences and expectations.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout the design process.
• Read, interpret and work from architectural plans, technical drawings and construction layouts.
• Prepare and present design proposals, layouts, concepts and material selections.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other relevant project professionals.
• Monitor design implementation on site to ensure that the finished work aligns with approved designs and specifications.
• Identify design challenges and provide practical, creative solutions.

Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
