The Professional Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for delivering projects across Stages 1 to 6, with a focus on Schools, Commercial, and Industrial developments. The role requires strong technical proficiency, coordination capability, and full compliance with regulatory standards. The position includes the preparation and submission of building plans to various municipalities, as well as the development of comprehensive project portfolios.
Reporting to the Managing Director
You will be required to:
Participate in and deliver work across project stages 1–6.
Prepare and submit building plans for Schools, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
Compile, manage, and submit project portfolios.
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, SANS standards, and Municipal by-laws.
Conduct site visits as required.
Maintain CPD compliance and professional standards.
Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist.
Driver’s License: Valid and required for site travel.
