Invoicing on behalf of travel agents and capturing of commissions
Providing administrative support to the CEO/COO
General office administration duties
Capturing and maintaining accurate data records
Assisting with daily administrative tasks
Working with Outlook and Excel on a daily basis
Ensuring all information is processed accurately and on time
Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required
Maintaining organized filing and documentation systems
Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
Matric
Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Admin role.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Salary/Package
R10k – R15k CTC
