Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Invoicing on behalf of travel agents and capturing of commissions
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO/COO
  • General office administration duties
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate data records
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks
  • Working with Outlook and Excel on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all information is processed accurately and on time
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required
  • Maintaining organized filing and documentation systems
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Matric
Skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Admin role.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Salary/Package
R10k – R15k CTC
