Job Description
 You will:
Measure and prepare accurate cost estimates, valuations, and project pricing.
Update project forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Monitor and control site expenditure to ensure projects remain within budget.
Review and approve material orders in line with project requirements and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify work completed, and identify cost implications.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams on commercial and operational matters.
Assist with cost reporting, variations, and final accounts.
Qualifications
National Diploma or any related qualification
Skills
Have at least 4 years’ experience in Commercial Building Projects
Proficient in CCS (Dim X will be beneficial)
Strong commercial and cost control background.
Proven experience in commercial building or related projects.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site and management teams.
Previous experience in tender preparation and submission will be considered a distinct advantage.
Must be able to speak fluent Afrikaans
Salary/Package
R450,000+/- per annum depending on experience
