Our client is seeking an experienced individual who enjoys combining technical food development with client relationship management. The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Manage relationships with existing and prospective foodservice and nutrition industry clients.
• Meet with clients to understand their product development requirements and objectives.
• Develop bespoke food products and formulations based on customer briefs.
• Conduct product trials, testing and refinement within the company’s modern R&D laboratory.
• Prepare and present product samples during customer taste sessions and presentations.
• Stay informed on market trends, ingredient innovations and new product launches.
• Collaborate with internal production and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business development
