My client runs an agricultural processing operation in the Limpopo area/ northern Mpumalanga. They are looking for an R&D Specialist who has run the FULL 360° PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CYCLE from Concept to Launch. As the only R&D person on the site, you must have personally done this 360 cycle including costings, shelf-life, factory trials, nutritional analyses, ensuring artwork and packaging complies with legislation. I am looking for someone passionate about Product Development and will do competitor evaluation and evaluate potential new fruit varieties and so on.
BSc or BTech in Food Science/ Technology or similar qualification.
