Job Description

Reports to the Directors

Project scope includes:

Residential estate development in Stellenbosch. The firm also undertakes a variety of commercial and mixed-use projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage architectural designs and concepts
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Assist with tender documentation and submissions
  • Provide professional design recommendations and solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with SACAP standards and industry regulations

 

Qualifications
  • Masters in Architecture
  • Pr. Architect (SACAP Registered)
Skills
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Strong design and presentation capabilities
  • Experience working on commercial and large-scale projects advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Salary/Package
R480k to R600k negotiable
