Qualifications
Matric
Skills
3–5+ years in inbound tourism or travel contracting
Familiarity with East and Southern African destinations and suppliers
Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills for costing models, margin analysis, and supplier rate sheets
Skilled in contract analysis, database management and advanced Excel reporting in a Systems environment.
Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience in Travel Studio Database management or similar – an advantage
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience working with FITs, groups, and series tours
