Our client is seeking a young, stable and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations, drive service excellence and ensure financial and administrative efficiency across all F&B areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Food & Beverage finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems, and reporting.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Source and purchase stock using the latest technology and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement concepts, policies, procedures, and strategies for all F&B service areas.
• Oversee quality assurance of supplies, storeroom, and cold storage facilities.
• Manage contractual arrangements and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate effective interdepartmental cooperation.
• Drive revenue growth from existing business and proactively identify new opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality standards both independently and as part of a team.
