Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their team and take responsibility for managing a busy and specialized conveyancing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex lending matters, commercial property finance bonds and cancellations, legal cancellations and the management of a correspondents department. This is a senior role requiring an individual who is technically strong, highly organized and able to work independently in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing department
• Handling complex bond registrations, cancellations and related conveyancing matters
• Ensuring compliance with client and banking requirements
• Managing client relationships and providing a high level of service
• Supporting and guiding staff within the department
• Working independently and effectively managing the department in the absence of the Head of Department
