Job Description

Company is seeking a strong candidate that is bilingual in both English and Afrikaans.  You must have exposure working with a workforce of +- 60 staff and come from Construction sector. You must have extensive exposure with the ECA and DOEL and must be able to write policies.

  • Sage Payroll
  • Training and Development (HR)
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Write Policies & Procedures

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Skills
  • 5-10 years in a Construction or Project Based Company
  • Sage Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of South African Labour laws (e.g. BCEA, LRA, EE ACT, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT).
  • Willing to travel, (Driver’s license required for field–based or multi-site roles).
  • Employee Relations Skills.
  • Leadership and Conflict Resolution Skills.
  • Sound problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of local culture and diversity.
  • Ability to streamline HR operations for enhanced efficiency.
