Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Detailed design and draughting of mineral processing plants and mining equipment, including plant layouts, process flow integration, conveyors, chutes and screening equipment
  • Develop and update 3D models using Advance steel AutoDesk
  • Generated Bills of Materials (BOMs) for costing and production
  • Managed and uploaded approved drawings for manufacturing
  • Interpret process flow and integrate practical plant functionality

 

Qualifications
  • Multi-Disciplinary Drawing Office Practice (MDDOP)
Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in design draughting
  • Strong plant layout design experience
  • Mining / beneficiation plant exposure
  • Experience designing conveyors, chutes, screens, mining equipment
  • Strong 2D and 3D modelling ability
  • Structural steel experience (essential)
  • Advanced Steel as a Software (essential)
  • Driver’s license essential
Salary/Package
R35,000 – R40,000 p/m
