Qualifications
CA(SA) or CIMA
Skills
5 years post articles experience in finance, management accounting, auditing, or commercial finance.
Strong cost and management accounting / CIMA experience along with strong business partnering at Supply Chain level (Production, Distribution, S&OP).
Exposure to manufacturing, agriculture, chemicals, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syspro, Sage, etc.).
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI experience.
Understanding of MRP and demand planning.
Strong IFRS knowledge.
Advanced Excel; BI/reporting tools an advantage.
Strong financial modelling capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in fast paced, regulated environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Own vehicle/reliable transport.
Salary/Package
R100K – R120K CTC Per Month
