Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator: Supplier Management – Risk & Compliance to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective management of supplier risk and compliance across the vehicle leasing value chain, ensuring that suppliers meet company policies, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and updating the supplier compliance register, ensuring all supplier documentation remains valid and current.
• Conducting due diligence checks on new and existing suppliers, including background, financial and legal compliance assessments.
• Monitoring supplier performance and risk ratings and escalating non-compliance or breaches for corrective action.
• Assisting with internal and external audit preparation and maintaining accurate compliance records and supporting evidence.
• Supporting the implementation of supplier management policies, procedures and controls in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Tracking and reporting on compliance KPIs, risk incidents and supplier renewal timelines.
• Coordinating with Procurement, Legal and Operations to ensure supplier compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Assisting with periodic risk assessments, policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring supplier documentation is valid, relevant and compliant with applicable motor industry legislation, regulatory standards and document validity requirements.
• Preparing regular supplier compliance reports and dashboards for management.
• Identifying and logging non-compliance issues and monitoring corrective actions through to resolution.
• Supporting contract renewals, compliance reviews and supplier approval processes.
• Maintaining secure, organized and auditable supplier records.
