Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to project schedules and deadlines.
• Allocate tasks and supervise cabinetmakers, machine operators, assemblers and general workers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists and manufacturing specifications.
• Oversee joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting and furniture manufacturing processes.
• Monitor workmanship, quality control, productivity and material wastage.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical issues and manufacturing errors.
• Ensure materials, hardware and components are available when required.
• Maintain workshop safety, organisation and housekeeping standards.
• Report production progress, delays and operational concerns to the Operations Manager.
