Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning for conferences and luxury incentive travel programmes
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, including accommodation, transport, venues and activity providers
• Manage traveler communications, ensuring clients and delegates are well informed throughout the process
• Keep project documentation, itineraries and schedules accurate and up to date
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, following each through to completion
• Travel locally and internationally when required
