Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams through stage 1 to 6.
  • Completing technical detailing and construction drawings.
  • Creating stage 1 to 6 reports, documentation and drawings.
  • Project management, multiple projects concurrently.
  • Chairing stakeholder meetings.
  • Creating snag and de-snag lists.
  • Conceptualization and design of structures.
Qualifications
  • Masters in Architecture
  • Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Archtiect
Skills
  • Revit. (Essential)
  • Must have 5 years of experience in hospital projects. (Essential)
Salary/Package
R 540 000 cost to company per month
