This Architectural firm undertakes hospital projects in the Cape Town region

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department

You will be responsible for:

Managing multi-disciplinary teams through stage 1 to 6.
Completing technical detailing and construction drawings.
Creating stage 1 to 6 reports, documentation and drawings.
Project management, multiple projects concurrently.
Chairing stakeholder meetings.
Creating snag and de-snag lists.
Conceptualization and design of structures.

Qualifications

Masters in Architecture
Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Archtiect

Skills

Revit. (Essential)
Must have 5 years of experience in hospital projects. (Essential)

Salary/Package

R 540 000 cost to company per month
