Job Description
Provide senior-level technical support across multiple client environments
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Microsoft 365, desktop, and infrastructure-related incidents
Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, including user, mailbox, and service configuration
Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, spam filtering, mail tracing, and DNS-related troubleshooting
Configure and support desktop environments, software deployments, and end-user systems
Perform endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and maintenance via RMM platforms
Support Microsoft 365 migrations, onboarding projects, and technical implementations
Work with endpoint security and related security tooling to maintain secure and stable client environments
Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues and recommend long-term improvements
Maintain accurate technical documentation across client environments
Contribute to process improvement and internal operational efficiencies
Qualifications
2–3 year IT Diploma or equivalent qualification
A+ and N+
Microsoft certifications
Skills
4–5+ years in an IT support, systems engineering, or MSP environment
Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience
