  • Monitoring of service dashboards and escalation to tier 2/3 technicians, w
  • Manage and monitor installed systems
  • Test and maintain operating systems
  • Monitor application performance
  • Monitor backup and replication status
  • Test and maintain disaster recovery plans
  • The job includes being part of a rotating after-hours support schedule

 

Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma.
  • Certifications
Skills
  • 3 – 5 years Windows Server experience
  • 3 – 5 years Active Directory management experience
  • Microsoft Exchange exposure
  • Good understanding of hypervisor virtualisation
  • 3 – 5 years RDS Server experience
  • RMM tool exposure (exposure to ConnectWise Automate would be beneficial)
  • Exposure to VMware and virtual environments is advantageous
  • Exposure to SQL environments would be beneficial

 

Salary/Package
R35 000 – R60 000 Negotiable (Experiencee & Cert driven)
