Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Projects Division, overseeing all projects from commencement to completion.
Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, suppliers and clients.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
Conduct progress meetings and provide updates on project status as required.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety requirements, including relevant OHSA regulations.
Monitor site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Manage project risks, resolve site-related challenges and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Travel to project sites throughout Johannesburg as required
Qualifications
Matric
Skills
6–10 years’ experience in project management within the construction, commercial interior fit-out or finishes industry.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers, clients and multiple projects.
Previous experience overseeing project teams and site operations.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
Proficiency in MS Project.
Salary/Package
R540k to R660k CTC – Negotiable
