Job Description

You will be expected to perform the following Key Functions:

Knowledge on handling FIT’s and Group bookings
Liaise with client from start to finish
Responsible for tailor made itineraries
Book accommodation, transfers, car hire
Other duties are to offer alternative quotations in order to be competitive.
Provide the clients with a 12 – 24 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the quotation
Making sure all quotes and booking requests are acknowledged on the day of client original requests
Follow all the necessary procedures that are required in making a reservation

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Travel.

Skills

Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French.
Minimum 5 years working for an Inbound Tour Operator
Knowledge on Southern Africa/ East Africa destinations
Tourplan or similar
