You will be expected to perform the following Key Functions:

• Knowledge on handling FIT’s, series, group bookings
• Liaise with client from start to finish
• Responsible for tailor made itineraries
• Book accommodation, transfers, car hire
• Other duties are to offer alternative quotations in order to be competitive.
• Provide the clients with a 12 – 24 hour turnaround depending on the complexity of the quotation
• Making sure all quotes and booking requests are acknowledged on the day of client original requests
• Follow all the necessary procedures that are required in making a reservation
